prevent this Security leak in Notes v4.x - Some features
These are called Readers and Authors type of fields.
These are used in a lot of templates (i.e. Document Library R4).
How it works? For a database on the server, when the user take the "data window" of the view, all the documents that didn't contain the user's name in the "Readers" type field will be stripped.
However, if the view is categorised it will show the categories also for the hidden documents.
But the hidden documents appears if the database is opened local on the server.
So keep the servers room locked and have a good sleep!
